Returns Policy


  • We will accept all authorized returns
  • All returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
  • Once approved we will generate the FREE UPS prepaid label, we will email you with the label attached.
  • Just print the label, attach it to any box/package and return the items.
  • You will have 30 days to send the item back for full refund once you receive the free return label.
  • Once we receive the items back we will process the return and refund the balance back to your account.
  • Please note free return labels are available for items being shipped within 48 continental states only.
  • Please contact us here to receive an RMA# for your return.
  • Please include your Order#, items returning, and the reason for the return.


We at BeautiWonder work hard to enrich the lives of our customers by only selling high quality health and beauty products and accessories.  If for any reason, you are not 100% fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us using our online return center. 

Currently, we offer returns for nearly everything available on up to 90 days following your purchase. However, some merchandise sold on our site may have different return policies. To ensure your item may be returned, please review our return and exchange policy listed below.

Return and Exchange Policy Information

In general, your return should meet these guidelines:

  • Items should be returned in original like-new condition and with the original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories.
  • If possible, please include the packing list that came with your order in your return packaging.
  • Please be sure to include proof of purchase.  Returns lacking proof of purchase may be denied or limited, and state sales tax and fees will not be reimbursed.
  • Items that are returned defaced, dented, unsanitary, scratched, have a strange odor, or damaged are not eligible for a refunds or replacement.

Returning Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items

  • In the case of you receiving the wrong (color, size, length), damaged or defective item(s), please contact Customer Service prior to taking any actions.
  • You have 7 days to report damaged, defective, missing or wrong items from the delivery date of the order.
  • We require you to take a picture of the item and submit it back to customer care for verification. 

Once we verify that you have received the wrong, damaged or defective item, we will send you a pre-paid return label for you to send the item(s) back to us. If you want a refund, we will refund your money back to you once we receive and inspect the item. If we don't receive the item within 30 days of you contacting us, we will void out the return label and close out the claim. 

    PLEASE NOTE: It is important that you do not return defective or damaged products to us before contacting us, first.  Doing so, may result in your refund being denied. 

    Exceptions to Regular Returns

    Due to health and hygiene concerns- we do not accept returns of these items:
    • Liquid foundation
    • Used face care and bath products
    • Clipper blades
    • Shavers, and other blades
    • Personal intimate massagers (includes opened and unopened).
    • Gadgets and most electrical items must be returned within 30 days.
    • Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned.
    • If you received a discount or free item by purchasing multiple items together, you will lose that benefit if you do not return all items purchased.
    • Promotional and free items are non-returnable by themselves.
    • Custom and personalized orders made especially for you are non-returnable.

      Refund Processing & Timing

      • It can take up to 15 days for a returned item to reach our fulfillment center.
      • Once we receive your return, we will process it within 3-5 days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 3-10 days after we process the return to show up in your account. 
      • Your refund will always be issued back to you in the same method of payment by which you paid.
      • Any item without a receipt over $250.00 may be subject to prior approval before a refund is given.
      • If the item was a gift, you can exchange the item or we can credit it back to the  person that gave you the gift and notify them via email.

        Shipping Costs

        • If the return is the result of us sending you the wrong item, we'll refund return shipping costs. 
        • We will also refund shipping cost if the item was shipped out to you damaged, or defective.
        • We reserve the right to modify the terms of this policy at any time.
