All orders are shipped PRIORITY/FIRST CLASS
& Delivered 5-7 business days from the day you place the order

  • $10.01 - $30.00 = $4.75
  • $30.01 - $75.00 = $5.75
  • $75.01 & over = free shipping

We Offer Free Standard Shipping

When you shop with, you can enjoy Free Standard Shipping on all your purchases that are shipped within the United States. We source our health and beauty products from vendors from all over the world. So, our processing and shipping times will vary depending on location but allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive when using the free standard shipping option.

If you need your items sooner or you are shipping products outside of the United States, you will find that all of our product pages include a calculator to show "estimated shipping costs." 


Listed below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Delivery Policy:

 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days of payment. Back ordered items will ship when they're available. If the order will take longer to ship due to back orders or a very large order size, an email will be sent to you with expected shipping date.

  • We use these major carriers to ship our items: UPS, FedEx and USPS.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Once shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation including tracking number.
  • Your tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
  • For some shipping companies, it may take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system.
  • If your item takes over 15 business days to arrive don't hesitate to contact us and we will investigate the status of your order.
  • For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.


    Although, we ship products to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you. 

    PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

    PLEASE NOTE: These are estimated times. Also, these times delivery times are often less,  but we give these estimates to be on the safe side.


    Shipping Delays

     Shipping delays can occasionally occur.

    • If you have not received your order within 5 days from the confirmation day, please contact us. 
    • We unfortunately cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items due to wrong address provided.
    • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
    • Rush delivery via USPS Priority Express Mail also available upon request.
    • At this time, overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.



    • Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse for delivery, It will be shipped in durable packaging to ensure your purchase is not damaged during transit.
    • All packages leaving our warehouse are carefully packaged and inspected for accuracy.
    • In the event, that item(s) arrives damaged or defective, you can return it and we will cover the cost of the shipping. 
    • You will need to return it in the condition that you received it in.
    • You have only 7 days to report damaged, defective, missing or wrong items from the delivery date of the order.
    • If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your item you can return it for a full refund under our 90 Day Guarantee.
    • If for some reason you refused a package during delivery or provided wrong address details (e.g. suite/apt number, phone number with no answer or any other information that is missing) your order will be returned to us.
